Can I cancel my order?

Sorry to hear you want to cancel your order! Please contact extracare@skincarehappy.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.

How do I return my order?

We are sorry to hear you would like to return your product.

To initiate a return, email us at extracare@skincarehappy.com.
Include your order number in the subject line and a brief message explaining your reason for requesting a refund. In most cases, subject to our refund guidelines described below, these requests will be honored. See our full Return & Refund Policy for more information.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the products in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

What happens if I order something and it's out of stock?

We’ll notify you and issue a full refund for the unavailable item within 3–5 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank’s processing time.

I entered the wrong address, what can I do?

Email extracare@skincarehappy.com immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to update the address.
If your package is returned due to incorrect or insufficient address details, we’ll refund the order (excluding shipping costs) once it’s received back at our warehouse.

My order never arrived or was stolen, what can I do?

Please email extracare@skincarehappy.com. We will file a claim on your behalf. Resolution may take 5–10 business days depending on the carrier.
