Can I Return Merchandise?
Yes — unopened merchandise may be returned within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
To initiate a return, email us at extracare@skincarehappy.com.
Include your order number in the subject line and a brief message explaining your reason for requesting a refund. In most cases, subject to our refund guidelines described below, these requests will be honored.
Please note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If an item needs to be returned to Skincare Happy, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Can I Return a Final Sale Item?
No — items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are nonrefundable and not eligible for return.
What If My Item Arrives Damaged or Defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective and you would like a refund or replacement, please contact us at extracare@skincarehappy.com within 10 days of your purchase date.
To help us process your request quickly, please include the following in your email:

Once received, we’ll take care of the rest.
How Long Does It Take to Process a Refund?
After we receive your return request, you’ll get a confirmation email or be contacted by one of our Customer Care representatives within 48 hours.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment — either your credit card or bank account once we receive the returned product. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Please note:
