Orders of 10 items or less: Ship within 2 business days

Order Tracking & Status
How can I check my order status?
Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.
How do I track my order?

Order Issues & Exceptions
What if an item is out of stock?
We’ll notify you and issue a full refund for the unavailable item within 3–5 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank’s processing time.
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Email extracare@skincarehappy.com immediately.
If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to update the address.
If your package is returned due to incorrect or insufficient address details, we’ll refund the order (excluding shipping costs) once it’s received back at our warehouse.
Shipping Problems
My package is delayed or held up.
If the carrier is holding your package, reach out to them directly.
You may request the package be held at a local facility for pickup.
Skincare Happy is not responsible for any additional fees related to carrier address updates.
My order never arrived or was stolen.
Please email extracare@skincarehappy.com.
We will file a claim on your behalf. Resolution may take 5–10 business days depending on the carrier.
